Lawn Aeration Technician

We’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid of hard work, fresh air, and putting a few thousand holes in the ground every day.

At the end of the day, we make lawns healthier. How? Core aeration is the process of removing small plugs of soil to relieve compaction and allow air, water, and nutrients to reach the grass roots. When the soil can breathe, roots grow deeper and stronger, resulting in thicker, greener, more resilient turf.

If you like working outdoors, handling powerful aeration machines, and seeing instant results from a job well done, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operating core aeration machines (yes, they’re heavy — and yes, it’s hard work)
• Loading and unloading equipment like a pro
• Walking properties and making sure every square foot gets proper coverage
• Talking with homeowners in a friendly, confident way
• Canvassing for extra jobs some days
• Keeping equipment clean and ready to roll

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Physically capable of lifting and maneuvering heavy equipment
• Reliable and on time — always
• Driver’s license and vehicle/truck with 2” receiver hitch to transport the aeration machine (we will supply the trailer)
• Available every weekend from April 24 - May 24
• A true go-getter personality — motivated, confident, and not afraid to knock on doors
